For each product it is stated separately what material it was made of. This gives you an overview of what to expect. The information on the composition of the substances is taken from the manufacturer's website.

The pieces are made to order and are ready between 2-5 working days depending on workload. 

Depending on the order volume is, it can take up to 3 days for your order to be ready for dispatch. As soon as the order has been dispatched, you will be notified and given your tracking number.

4. Can I order a part in a different fabric? 

Please contact us if you have a special fabric request. Since the fabrics may only be available to a limited extent or have to be reordered, we cannot give a general answer. It depends on the material - it doesn't cost anything to ask! Please note that commissioned pieces are excluded from revocation.

From an order value of 70 € no shipping costs for deliveries to Germany, Great Britain and the EU will be applied. From an order value of 120 € no shipping costs for deliveries to the Russian Federation and the United States of America will be applied. Please contact us if you live in a country that is not not listed for an individual shipping cost inquiry.

We ship with DHL, as this shipping service provider has proven to be the most reliable in the past. We know that there can always be exceptional cases, but so far we have nothing to complain about. Furthermore we offer shipping via UPS. If your country is not listed please send us a message before placing an order to get an individual quote.

The delivery is usually made after just a few working days inside of Germany. To the EU and other countries mentioned it may take between 1 and up to 6 weeks. Should it take a lot longer, write to us and we will deal with the chosen delivery company for you. In most cases, however, it just takes a little patience. 

Don't worry, usually transport insurance is included in the shipping costs depending on what you've chosen. If your item is actually unusable because the packaging has been completely destroyed or cannot be found even after weeks, write to us. We will find a solution and clarify with you how to proceed. 

We are very sorry that you don't like the clothing you ordered. Unfortunatelywe offer no refunds as every single piece will be made to order.

Because we want to make a small contribution to the environment, we have chosen packaging that is almost 90% recyclable. From cardboard to upholstery, from tissue paper to adhesive strips. 

We have made a size chart in which you can find the dimensions of the dolls we are sewing for. Please orient yourself on it and measure again if necessary. Also pay attention to the fabric selection of your favorite piece in the product description. Many parts are more flexible and should fit despite small deviations. If something is still unclear, write to us and we will take a look again together.

Please contact us before your order and we will clarify what exactly should be adjusted. Do you want it for another doll than mentioned? Do you need the pants to be a little longer? Does the top need to have a little longer sleeves or should it be a little shorter in general? If it is such a small change, it can be implemented immediately. Send us an inquiry using our contact form and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Please note that no adjustments are made, such as a completely different cut. Maybe you can find another piece that you like? 

Our individual pieces were sewn from scraps of fabric or decorated with materials that are no longer available, as we not only pack environmentally friendly but also believe that resources and materials should be used sensibly.

We lovingly handcraft the garments. It is therefore possible that tiny flaws may be found.
